Fredrik Ask has an MBA, is a reserve officer and a Certified Coach.
He has worked abroad for 14 years including positions as marketing consultant at the Swedish Trade Commission in Los Angeles, Managing Director of one of the Trelleborg Group's companies in the U.S. and Managing Director of one of Electrolux’s companies in Austria.
In Sweden, he worked as a consultant with ISL, Institute of Sales Training and Management Development, Swedish Konsulthuset and PMK AB. His focus as a consultant in these companies have had sales training, sales management, negotiation skills and leadership.
In Sweden, he was later Managing Director of LK Pex AB, a fast-growing company that manufactures plastic tubes for underfloor heating.
During Fredrik’s time as a Managing Director his company was appointed to be a so called ‘gassel företag’ (fast growing with high profit) two years in a row by Dagens Industri and Business Week named LK Pex one of Sweden's Super Company for 2 years.
Today he lives and works in Spain, where he in addition of being charge of Fresno Grande SL is also active in various directorships and other interests of ownerships.
Fredrik is nowadays convinced that the Coaching Leadership is the most effective and most motivating way to act as a leader in today’s business world.

Desirée le Grand is a Certified Conversational Therapist; a Certified Coach approved by the ICF, and holds an Executive Master in Service Management.
Desiree is a well-known lecturer focusing on stress management, communication, motivation and organizational development.
She has published three books: Vision and passion to success in 2005, Communication and motivation in meeting and conversation in 2008, Success and Happiness – to own your own time! 2011
Desirée has a solid management and business background experience from Swedish and International companies. For 12 years she has lived and worked in England, the USA, Austria and presently in Spain.
In Sweden, she as a business partner has been a crucial part to start, establish and run 2 businesses. One a consultant in leadership, sales training, communication and organisational development. The second one called Health Academy Europe AB, Sweden’s currently leading health educational company.
