NEGOTIATION SKILLS

 

It is not just the President and Marketing Director who negotiate in today’s business world. With the large delegation that takes place in modern management – many employees will find themselves in negotiation situations.


Many of them have no basic knowledge of negotiation techniques such as finance manager, warehouse manager, computer-manager and transportation manager. This costs companies annually large sums of money due to lack of trained personnel to be able to negotiate and making poor agreement that they believed to be good.


We train in basic negotiation techniques, and train them in practical role-play - to provide a basic ability to successful negotiations.

 


 

 

 

There may be resistance from some members of staff having to learn how to negotiate when people believe that they are already doing a great job. However, when information reaches out that training takes place in Spain it usually becomes fully booked.

This is usually a great way for staff from different departments to get to know each other.
