Stress in life is as natural as life itself. It only becomes dangerous when you do not permit yourself time to recover.

 

We use, among others, Desirée le Grand´s model ”lifestyle” test from her latest book: Success and Happiness.


There are often many factors that affect how individuals feel and it's also very individual what gives recovery. We help you!

What are the most common stress-related problems and what to do about it?


I do not know what applies!

Clarity of leadership is everything for the staff to feel good.


I do not know my role!

Make sure your boss gives you a clear job description for both you and your colleagues. Your own job description, you can then use to get another job by proposing "to replace" at the next appraisal.


I have too much to do!

Call for a meeting and bring your job description.


Clarify exactly what tasks you have.

Write down a typical day and calculate in hours how much you work on each task.  If you do not have enough time then speak to your boss.


Lots of changes and I do not know what happens!

Try to recieve information from your boss. Otherwise, realize that you can’t influence what is happening right now and sit down quietly into the boat.

 

Fractions and poor communication!

Try to communicate in a clear and empathic manner and if it does not work after all, note that you will agree that it does not work - but do not put more energy into it, but focus on your work instead!
